This is what we do

Meter reading

Remote or off-site reading first and foremost

Wireless wM-Bus from outside the building in a mobile reading system (walk-by)
Permanently installed reading system for wired M-Bus, wireless wM-Bus or wireless LoRaWAN
Optical on-site reading when needed — but we always aim for remote reading
We read many different brands — our own meters are fully open and comply with the applicable EU standard

Delivery

Timestamped, ID-tagged meter readings

Quality

Ensure that no incorrect values are used

Monitoring to ensure that no incorrect meter values or consumption figures are used in cost allocation or billing
Anomalies are caught before they reach the invoice

Billing

We set up the routines and handle the ongoing work

Routines and templates for how cost allocation or billing is to be carried out
Results are reported in several ways — individual specifications or export to an external property manager

We handle the entire process

Customers easily change their booking with a unique booking number sent by letter, email or SMS
Our staff handle the entire meter exchange process: administrative, practical and technical
From planning and booking with the customer to the exchange itself and the concluding reporting
Every exchange is documented according to your specifications — the booking number carries through to the final documentation

Mätarverkstaden

At least as good as new — often better

We refurbish mechanical meters for cold water and district heating
Economic and environmental advantages compared with buying new
After refurbishment the meters are tested according to STAFS 2007:2 to ensure accurate measurement
New inserts that meet the MID or EG standard depending on type
During refurbishment we can also assign new serial numbers and add communication capabilities
